Hello Friends. In my work I am constantly seeking new avenues to obtain optimal health and well-being.
There are a number of things one must do in order ot reach that state.Exercise at least 30 minutes a day of course. Eat organically as much as possible. Whole grains, fresh, alive & vibrant vegetables, fruits, nuts and limited meats. Plenty of water. Stress free lifestyle (as much as humanely possible). Beautiful relationships. Clean air. Doing what you love. Playtime. Give of yourself to others (remembering to care for yourself also). Spiritual qualities. Cleanse, fast, detox, relax, meditate, self hypnosis, pray.
You must EDUCATE yourself. You need to to know more than your practitioners. You should be up on alternative methods of health & self-healing.
