Self-hypnosis, imagery or creative visualization is the power of an individuals creative imagination to form mental images in the mind's eye and mix it with a powerful dosage of emotion to produce a physical response in relation to activating the bodies ability to appropriate the desired results.

Lazy Person's Way to Self-Hypnosis / Creative Visualization
(3 - 5 minutes is all that it takes)

1. Make yourself comfortable.
2. Close your eyes and breathe deeply
3. Relax and let (imagine)  all your muscles melt
4. Get your internal sensory ready to have an experience (pretend)
5. Relax even more
(Remember, what is expected, tends to be realized)
6. Picture yourself in a place of peace and calm,  just as you desire
7. Attach a powerful feeling to that image
8. Acknowledge this new you. Own it, it is you
