Who Works with Don
People who are attracted to Don's work are undergoing deep transformations in their lives. Old ways of viewing oneself, ways of relating to their work, relationships, and interests no longer feel fulfilling or align with who they are becoming.
When we are not in alignment with our true self, (ex. living our purpose, achieving our potential, creating our most fulfilling life), it can cause an energetic gap between our higher self and our physical reality. This energetic discrepancy may express itself as “feeling stuck” or lost, a lack of purpose, isolation, anxiety and depression. The physical body may also respond to these lower vibrational energies by creating dis-ease, while the mind can create self-judgement, guilt, shame, and negative self-talk.
These experiences are opportunities for us to break beyond our old behaviors, beliefs and ways of being and transform into our highest nature as limitless expansive beings. When we learn to surrender, open and embrace our shadows along with our light, we are able to embody our wholeness, authentic being and greatest expression of self. Through love and complete self-acceptance, we can transmute the dark into light, and the unconscious into conscious.
Frequently Asked Questions
How many sessions are required?
Good question. Everyone is different and it depends on the specific problem the individual is seeking help. It also depends on how long the client has had the issue or problem, their motivation to change, their ability to follow instructions and their own responsiveness. Many folks get amazing results with 1 session while others benefit from extended coaching! Book your free discovery session below and let's determine your specific goals!
Do you accept all clients?
No. Some clients are not suited to my personality or to my type of work. That's okay.
How much is my investment?
That depends on my client's goals and their reason for seeking services. I've worked with a wide variety of life challenges and have created specific programs for many issues. Some clients experience change in one session! Some long standing problems can take longer of course.
What happens if I have to miss a session?
I expect the courtesy of a 48 hours notice, otherwise that session will be charged. All sessions are paid in advance to minimize issues.
