The physical body may also respond to these lower vibrational energies by creating dis-ease, while the mind can create self-judgement, guilt, shame, and negative self-talk.

How many sessions are required?
Good question. Everyone is different and it depends on the specific problem the individual is seeking help. It also depends on how long the client has had the issue or problem, their motivation to change, their ability to follow instructions and their own responsiveness. Do you accept all clients?
No. Some clients are not suited to my personality or to my type of work. That's okay.

How much is my investment?
That depends on my client's goals and their reason for seeking services. I've worked with a wide variety of life challenges and have created specific programs for many issues. Some clients experience change in one session!  Some long standing problems can take longer of course.

What happens if I have to miss a session?
I expect the courtesy of a 48 hours notice, otherwise that session will be charged.  All sessions are paid in advance to minimize issues.
