We will meet at 9am on the 11th of October, 2024
in Northwest Arizona 2 hours south of Las Vegas and 1 hour north of Kingman, Arizona.

 at our Arizona property and class ends by 12 noon Sunday the 13th of October.

What is The SleepNow Desert Retreat

​

​

Located in the Northwest Arizona Desert on the outskirts of Meadview you can discover a place

with views that go beyond the horizons of the Grand Cliff Wash which hugs the edge of where

the Grand Canyon ends and Lake Mead transforms to and from the Colorado River. 

Above are endless starry nights and the moon that illuminates the desert surrounding your stay.

We are off grid and provide water, composting toilets, lanterns for the night.

Stay in a hut or bring your own and sprawl out on a wooden platform.

You may also bring an RV.

​

IMPORTANT NOTICE

You can make it up the road with a 2 wheel drive and if you have a 4 wheel drive you have unlimited opportunities to explore the desert around us.

If you are pulling a camper you will need a 4 wheel drive to get up the hill.

This will be an outdoor experience. You will receive  information

on all the items you will need to bring and what not to bring. 
Meet in Northwest Arizona or you will receive directions one week prior

to the workshop.  You will need a personal vehicle. If you want to explore

the desert on your own you will want a 4 wheel drive or you

can hike as well.  You can camp out on the property or bring

your camper and there is also an RV park close by

with small cabins you can rent.

BONUS ADVENTURE

​

If you have an interest in prospecting for gold we have a 1 day trip on October  14th, where we will go to some claims

close by and hunt for gold!! You will need a 4x4 or atv or high clearance vehicle to get to the location.  If you have a metal detector or dry washer that is a bonus for you. If not we have extra's for a small fee for the day.

Cost of the 1 day Gold Prospecting outing is $250 per person and $100 to rent a metal detector to help find Gold.

Although there is lots of gold out there we can not guarantee you will find any because that is the nature of prospecting!

We will do our best to be on location known to produce gold for our members.  You keep what you find!!
